Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Artifaax. 

RETURNS

You have 2 weeks from the date you received it to return an item.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition you received the item in.  Your item must be in the original packaging. (T-shirts and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.) 

Your item must have receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item we will notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or other means of payment. You will receive the payment within a couple of days depending on your card issuers policies. *Please note there are no returns for any items on sale or discounted.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for all shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
